俞晖 高级工程师

俞晖,高级工程师。主要从事无线通信技术研究与开发,具有较强的无线通信系统架构和硬件开发能力。

在无线所发展早期,作为技术骨干,主持、参与了多项纵/横向科研项目,承担各类部件、系统的软硬件研发,包括数字调制解调器、信道编解码器、频率合成器、扩频通信系统、软件无线电、B3G样机等。2004年作为技术负责人,成功研制出高速、多模可配置Turbo乘积码编译码芯片,性能接近当时国际最先进产品;作为主要研发人员参与“XXX研究与实现”获2007年军队科技进步三等奖;自2009年,主持“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”国家科技重大专项课题,在LTE/LTE-A系统关键算法上形成一定突破,建立了较完善的面向新一代移动通信系统研究和开发的仿真验证平台。

近年来,在传感网/物联网领域的研究集中于基于认知无线电的动态接入和资源分配方法,并较早开展实际应用的开发,部分成果应用于家庭医疗监护。

在国内外学术期刊及会议发表论文近三十篇;获6项国家发明专利授权。

 

 

     Mr. Hui Yu is currently a senior engineer in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is mainly focusing on research and development of wireless communication systems, with expertise in system architecture design and hardware development.

     Mr. Yu led a number of government/industry-sponsored research projects on research and development of key components, software and hardware in the wireless system, including digital modem, channel codec, frequency synthesizer, the spread spectrum communication system, software radio, B3G prototype. In 2004, Mr. Yu successfully developed a high-speed, multi-mode configurable Turbo Codes codec chip, the performance of which is very close to the most advanced product worldwide at that time. He participated in the project "XXX Research and Implementation" as a major R & D personnel, which won the third class award of the military scientific and technological progress award 2007. Since 2009, Mr. Yu has been leading the state key project of science and technology “next-generation broadband wireless mobile communication networks”, with breakthrough made in key algorithm of LTE/LTE-A systems and generic simulation platform established for next-generation mobile communication systems.

    Mr. Yu’s recent research focuses on sensor network, Internet of Things, dynamic spectrum access and resource allocation in cognitive radio networks. Some of the results have been applied to the home medical monitoring. Mr. Yu published about 30 journal or conference papers, and won 6 national invention patents.
