管云峰博士，2003年获浙江大学信息与电子工程系博士学位。现任上海交通大学副教授，国家数字电视工程研究中心技术总监，“全国广播电影电视标准化技术委员会-无线传输与覆盖分技术委员会（SAC/TC239/SC2）委员” 。主要从事数字电视系统，以及无线接入系统的研究，是中国数字电视地面传输标准GB20600-2006《数字电视地面广播传输系统帧结构、信道编码和调制》、《VHF/UHF频段地面数字电视广播频率规划准则》等标准主要起草人。主持开发了中国地面数字电视、卫星数字电视、多格式音视频解码SoC 系列芯片，荣获2005年、2006年上海市科学技术进步一等奖、2006年信息产业科技创新先进工作者称号、2008年国家科技进步奖二等奖、2009年入选上海市启明星人才计划、2010年上海市十大科技青年英才提名奖。在国内外著名期刊发表论文二十多篇，获得发明专利28项，先后承担国家、地方重大科研项目累计金额逾2000万元。

Guan Yunfeng was born in 1975, received Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2003. He is currently an associate professor with the Institute of Wireless Communication Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, CTO of National Engineering Research Center of DTV, Member of National Radio, Film and Television Standardization Technical Committee - sub-technical committee (SAC/TC239/SC2) of wireless transmission and coverage. He mainly engaged in the study of digital TV systems, and wireless access systems. He is also one of the main drafters of the China digital terrestrial television transmission standard GB20600-2006 (DTMB) and other important national DTV standards. He has developed a series of chips of DTMB demodulator, digital satellite television demodulator, HD- Decoder SoC. He has won the 1st Prize of Shanghai Sci. & Tech. Development Award in 2005 and 2006, 2nd Prize of National Sci. & Tech. Development Award in 2008, Shanghai Venus Award in 2009, Shanghai technology Top Ten Youth Award nomination in 2010. He also published more than 20 articles, to obtained 28 patents for inventions, finished a series of National and local major research projects.
